After 28 years of employment in corporate America, Johnny Huffman decided it was time for a change. He wanted to build a company that he could one day hand over to his son, Ryan, and founded R&T Direct Flooring in 2018. We specialize in wholesale Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. Our Story
R&T Direct Flooring is a family-owned and operated flooring contractor located in Mt Juliet, Tennessee. Johnny Huffman, the founder, and owner, left a successful 28-year career in corporate America to pursue his dream of building a company that he could pass down to his son. In 2018, he founded R&T Direct Flooring, which specializes in wholesale Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. Highly recommend: I am an Interior designer and my husband an engineer. We don't always agree on paint colors but the flooring we found here and had installed we absolutely agreed is top notch. Excellent Quality. It just feels nice walking across the floor. We installed about 6 months ago. No issues with install or product. (Isreal was our installer - also 5 star). I cannot express the gratitude I have for the owner, Johnny. I purchased flooring from him twice within the past year, and him and his son have been so incredibly helpful. I had a not-so-great experience with a contractor and Johnny let me vent for probably about 30 minutes! He was so kind to even just listen and express empathy for my situation. Even though my bad experience with the contractor has nothing to do with him, he gave me a discount on the flooring to help take off some of the financial burden I was left with. R & T Direct Flooring is honest, reliable, and some of the best people I have done business with.
